Pushy Salesman!- There are many salesman that are pushy. As an insurance salesman, I often encounter customers who are so used to pushy salesman that can often cheat the customer or simply not give them the best service. It is difficult to gain customers trust when they have dealt with a pushy salesman. Make sure that you get all the information. Don't make a decision just based on price. Make sure that you understand the policy and what is and isn't covered before you switch to a cheaper insurance.
Kirsten Bernhardt discusses the downtown Tulsa ballpark- The assessment is $90 million. It is coming out of the pockets of the property owners within a 1.5 mile square and will be paying for the $90 million over 30 years. The owners have gotten bills for this assessment that have been extremely high. The owners annual expenses have gone up in some cases from $300 per year to over $10,000 per year. The reason why many are upset about this is because of the way in which this was done. It was put on the shoulders of just a small number of people. Most of the owners don't dislike the ball park. By law they are required to do a bond issue and get voted on by the people. Instead they just said that it was for the benefit of the people and have these owners pay for it through an assessment. An assessment is usually a small amount of money. The owners have not had a say in it. There are also others that are in support of all this. The support that is listed for this project are those that can make lots of money off of this. The main problem with this is not just the ballpark assessment, it is that the constitution and laws were not followed and we want to make sure that it doesn't happen again.
Exterminating Granddaddy Long Legs- The true term is "Harvestman". They are related to spiders but are not really spiders because they only have one body segment. They really are not poisonous. They don't hurt anything but eat aphids and some other insects. They are easy to exterminate.
