What is happening at Whittier Square? In the Kendall Whittier neighborhood every December, the Christmas lights are turned on. The lights in this area are a way that McGraw Realtors and others say thanks to the city of Tulsa for all they have done for them. This area, Kendall Whittier, has begun to see rebuilding and transformation. The city is working building the commercial part of this area as well. Those that live in this area, love it and strive to make the area and themselves better. Circle Cinema opened in July of 1928. Over the years new cinemas were opened and things changed. Circle Cinema is back now and it is one of the only independent theaters we have in the Tulsa area. You can see movies that you won't see anywhere else. They will often bring in the filmmakers and have special events.
The lights on event starts tonight, Saturday December 4, 2010 at 5:30pm Santa arrives at 6pm. There will be food, gifts for the kids, there will be games, letters to Santa, the drum corp and many other events. It is located in the parking lot of Whittier Square
Insurance Contracts- When you buy insurance and have a claim, you are getting exactly what is stated in the contract. It is important to be aware of what is in the contract and what is not. If you have insurance over a property that you rent out, will your insurance cover business loss of income while the property wasn't rented. A good insurance agent can often give you things to consider when purchasing insurance that can save you in the long run. Even a good agent though, will not catch everything because they don't know everything that could befall your property. Be smart and be informed. Insurance companies also buy insurance for themselves so that they are covered in case they have a huge claim filed. For all your

Christmas Home Selling Tips- We have seen a jump in sales in our office during the Christmas season. It is a good time to buy. Interest rates are low, inventory is increasing, and the banks want to unload their inventory as well. In normal cycles, often people don't want to sell around Christmas. The number of buyers and sellers in the market this time of year, is usually lower. This year is often different. Even with the typical statistics this time of year, you can buy and sell your property in the winter. Buyers and seller this time of year often have to buy or sell their home. There are usually less buyers that are just looking.
If you don't have to sell, wait until there is a lull in the number of houses on the market and take your house off the market. By keeping your house on the market at this time you can actually hurt yourself. Your competition may be forced to reduce their price in order to get their home sold. When this happens, you will likely sell for less as well. It is best to simply wait to sell your home if you don't have to sell now.
Decorate your house completely. Don't just put up one strand of garland. Decorate your home for Christmas completely so that buyers can see what the house would look like when the move in.
Be flexible. Be flexible with showings. Buyers are serious this time of year. If you can, let them come show your home. If there is a day or days, especially on 12-25, where you can't show or it will be more difficult. Consider setting a window of time, for example 12-24 to 12-26, where you will not show.

Exterminating Ants- Ants are the largest growth potential for pest control companies. We are killing more ants than termites. Wood chips/mulch and sprinkler systems help ants and other pests invade our homes. Pests love these things. We can treat for ants and keep them from being pests. If you have a problem with our treatments, call us back and we will come back and take care of it. For all your
