What is CASA all about? CASA is Court Appointed Special Advocates is an organization that speaks up for children in state custody. They train people (for free- anyone can volunteer) to speak up for abused and neglected children in court. The volunteer will talk to the children, parents, teachers, and others involved and speak on their behalf to help ensure that their voice is heard in court. What do I need to know about my insurance policy? Your insurance policy is actually a contract. When you have a loss on your property, the insurance company will fulfill the obligations they have within the contract/policy. It is important to read your contact. They can be long to read, but it could cost you coverage if there is a loss that your policy doesn't cover. If you have questions, ask your insurance agent. How do I exterminate ants? When ants invade our home this time a year it is a problem. They are more a nuisance than anything else. The best way to treat them is to spray and bait. They will crawl through the chemical and eat the bait and go back to the nest and spread them around. This enables ants that come in next week to be killed as well.
