John 3:16 Mission- John 3:16 isn't just handing food out to those in need. They help restore the homeless, to help repair what caused them to become homeless in the first place. Sometimes, it was the loss of a job, other times there are other factors that caused the homelessness. With the colder weather here, there will be even more need for the homeless. It's that time of year where rodents are on the move. There are field mice, mice, and rats that need to be exterminated. They re-populate very quickly and can have 6-7 litter per year. The difficult situation is that once you get infested they will multiply quickly. We use a product that is safe for humans and pest and will cause them to dehydrate. It will also help control the odor once they are dead. We also have bait boxes that help to control them from coming in the first place. These boxed are placed around the exterior of a building and have a locked lid on it. The bait is far back inside the box so that dogs won't be able to get their nose inside. The mice eat the bait and leave the box. These boxes have bait that last about 30 days. We monitor these boxes and replace the bait.
We will do free evaluations to address your needs. No obligation.
All Risk Insurance Policy in Tulsa- The Coats for Communities Drive at Tedford Insurance was a tremendous success!! We were able to get donations of 755 coats. Thanks for all your help with donating coats for those in need!
The old All Risk Policy is now called Special Form. The old policy would list what items were covered under the policy. The name was changed to help prevent confusion. The Special Form policy covers everything that is not excluded. It is up to the insurance company to prove that the item isn't covered. Make sure you know what is covered in your policy before you have a claim. Also, don't look at just the price when you are shopping for insurance. A cheap price may be good on your budget but may not cover many things. When you are shopping for insurance, keep the price in mind, but also look at what is and isn't covered in your policy.
